Rose Haven—Critical Needs ECW Events
The Rose Haven Center for Domestic Violence is in desperate need of supplies. Rose Haven is seeing almost triple the number of new clients compared to this same time last year. Most of the increase is contributed to the recent economic decline, as added financial problems put extra stress on already violent domestic situations. Rose Haven will gladly accept generic brands of any size for all items:
Paper Goods- tissue, toilet paper, paper towels, napkins.
Cleaning Products- laundry detergent, dishwashing soap, bathroom cleaner, etc.
Over The Counter Medicines- Tylenol, Advil, cough medicine, etc.
Toiletries- shampoo, deodorant, toothpaste and brushes, etc.
Baby Goods- diapers, wipes, bottles, sippie cups, etc.
In addition, Rose Haven needs donations of all kinds of linens: sheets, blankets, towels, curtains. It doesn’t matter if these items are worn or faded, as long as they are clean. If you have any old linens in the back of your closet, please consider donating them. A collection container is located just inside the front door of Hudgings Hall. Margaret Ann will make pick-ups and deliveries as often as needed. Thank you for your support.
